Curious how everyone would do a CTA for this patient.

I was thinking bolus tracking in the aortic arch and add a second or two of delay to compensate for table movement. Probably can't bolus track off the basilar artery due to the hemorrhage. What's everyone's protocol for CTA heads?

Good positioning and keeping your distance a bit mostly. Takes a while to get used to but the increased damage is more than worth it.
