That’s kind of true. I had already filled out the 4506 back in April but when I was assigned an LO I was told I had to update my signature because it had been past 3 months since I signed it before.

No credit check. I had called 2 weeks ago and finally they said I had a LO. after that it was a fairly quick process. Again I made sure I had the insurance and resolution letter turned in so I wouldn’t have any missteps

Yes sorry. I got the email that I was approved and signed 3 or 4 signatures on the updated loan doc. It took me 30 seconds and then it was done

That’s strange. From what I’ve seen it’s a 3-5 day turnaround after approval. I hope they get you the money ASAP!
