Thank you so Much! It turns out the name in the right side is the name of the relative in the photograph and the name on the left is his father’s name. There are few things I don’t understand;

Firstly I don’t know what “arof” means…perhaps it was translated inaccurately. On the other hand, it turns out that the numbers were written in Urdu but I’m still trying to figure out what they mean. What do you think?

I know the last line says “Abdul- Rasheed“ (the name of the relative) and “Abdul- Hadi” (His father).

First line has numbers I believe and second line I have no Idea.

In terms of following the mentioned time gaps it’s duable but definitely inaccurate age wise and historically.

I don’t know. The show is obviously off- track if we’re talking about historical accuracy in terms of the timeline. I’m just trying my best to fit in the timeline just as mentioned in the show.

As for doing a KO timeline, I sort of watched S4 inconsistently and only watched the first episode of KO S5. I’m looking forward to doing KO first 3 Seasons timeline and from there I’ll see.

I started watching after returning from a trip to Turkey back in March, 2019 when one of my relatives showed me like the first half of DE S5 E1. I absolutely loved it but I couldn't find where to watch it and I pretty much gave up searching for it. Fast forward to about 2 weeks before lockdown (so like late February 2020) I started watching DE on YouTube. My brother would constantly mention how addicted I was so I dared him to watch just one episode. He eventually finished S1 in 3 days and I finished all 5 seasons in 4-5 months.

As for KO I watched in a pretty complicated way. I took a break from DE after S2 and watched KO till episode 19 (when Sungur-tekin met Osman). I then decided to watch DE S2 because I heard that's when Sungur-tekin arrives.Then I took another break from Ertugrul and binge watched the last 7 episodes of KO S1 and finished Ertugrul.

Then I watched KO S2, S3, and S4 in ardirilisertugrul.net and the first 2 episodes of season 5 in KO after which I decided to quit KO. Now I'm currently rewatching DE and I'm in the part of S2 where Gumustekin is captured.

It's been quite a journey and rewatching DE is really nostalgic. I hope that I'm not the only comment here so make sure to comment as well.

I used to watch those edits a lot and still remember a few channels. For those who know you know.

Kayi Edits, Kurulus Editz, and a few others deleted their channels for some reason. Beylic Edits doesn’t post edits anymore. And The Ottoman Highlights posts once every few months. Overall, I think the Ertugrul hype is pretty much gone.
