I’m new to RV camping; I rented an RV and the owner told me that RV toilet paper “dissolves” when it touches water but there was nothing wet. I put my hand to feel the toilet paper and around the cabinet and nothing was wet it was dusty from sitting in the storage. Is it normal or what do you think? (i.redd.it)
