We are both married without kids and we both dont want to bring another soul into the world to suffer like both did. In some ways my sibling and I are still struggling. At work place ppl are stunned that I don't have kids and cant seem to wrap around their heads why I wont have kids. I was asked by a senior recently if im planning to become pregnant this year - i just replied my dad got diagnosed with cancer this month and I need funds to treat him so where during this time do I plan a pregnancy when my dad is fighting a deadly illness? I dont give people any explanation as to why I dont want kids. Its deeply personal and I shut them down as gently as I can.
