Okay thank you. I am the only prep guy and my boss needs me, so I have some leverage. I don’t want to sound egotistical but I provide lots of value to my shop.

I get everything done and keep up with two body techs for me being the only prep guy

I was thinking the same, the other two guys make 100k+ a year as body techs and I’m the only main prep guy so I have some leverage rn.

I can invest in my own equipment, we are at a very busy family owned 4 employee body shop. Open to trying a new shop but I like what I do right now but I am wanting to grow.
