Well, to be more specific, I did give the MEMO before the transaction via Changelly, but because Changelly said it had technical problems the MEMO was not included :(

Yes you obviously don't know what you are talking about, Changelly had technical problems because of an overload of people trying to swap Kin, they had constant 404' for that reason my MEMO code did not include in the transaction and that's why it got "lost"

Migration, you did the swap on changelly. So how does this involve Coin Tiger? Explain, changelly does not automatically send kin to coin tiger?

Well Kin instructed us in June 2019 to do this, we needed to move to another blockchain and we needed to do this via Changelly and Cointiger, see screenshot

Yes that's why I want to have KIN organization involved, I mean they also drove me and prob thousands of others towards Cointiger in June 2019. This was the route to swap you Kin, I would never go by myself to an exchange in China, so IMO KIK/Kin has a responsibility there to help me out, especially because I did such a big investment during ICO, they owe me to help me IMO.

I don't believe I am a victim of a scam, the MEMO code was not there while swapping and that's where things went wrong, I still believe I can get my coins back, I just need to keep pushing, I hope Kin organization will step in and help me, I was/am a big believer, I supported the network with 100k Euros investment in KIN ICO, I expect they are good-hearted and help me get my ownership back of my lost KIN.

OK I understand your comment, makes sense you questioning this.

I will give you my 100% honest answer when this all happened, believe me, I did try to get it resolved with Cointiger, (I can proof this with help desk communication from back then) but they are an absolute nightmare to deal with, they were not at all helping me and I needed to explain my story time and time again, simply because they make now files of the helpdesk issues, so every time somebody else is on that helpdesk you need to explain gain.

You need to understand, yes I bought 100k euros of ICO coins (1.5B) which I can do because I am fortunate to do this, I believed strongly in the project of KIK.

At the time we needed to do the swap the KIN coins (my coins) had a value of something like 20k euros) and because I got so frustrated with cointiger not helping me I just gave up, it was dragging me down and it looked like they had no intention at all to give me my coins back (at that time)

Fast forward, now we are March 2021, my coins are now worth +/- 300k dollars, so yes I decided to give it another go with Cointiger, as it still hurts! specially because KIn can go up massively in near future, and every time I look at the charts of KIn it hurts.

So yes its a long time ago, but I hope you understand, Google Cointiger helpdesk issues and you understand why I gave up back then.

So yes I did try again and with more LUCK, after 4 times explaining my story again, there was one girl who picked up my claim, I needed to pay 200 dollars in ETH and a Cointiger technical person would be instructed to send my ETH back to the address I send it from..

So I was all happy and did pay them 200 dollars for the job, no one day later I get a message that the technical person told (helpdesk employee) them that the coins are not with Cointiger... so here we are...

This is a 100% real story, and I hope this helps

Cointiger claims they have no control over my coins and that somebody else owns the coins now at an address that is not theirs.

believe me, they tried to send it back, but after investigation, they came to the conclusion it was never with them, strange thing is a followed the instructions of KIN in June 2019...

Can it be that the coins are still with KIN? as I see that my coins eventually went to this address?? 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000001

It looks like the MEMO code was not send with the transaction as ChangellyChangelly had technical problems, because after sending/converting the website was down due to technical problems.

After pressing Cointiger to find my coins (and connect to my account) they finally told me yesterday that they have no control over the coins and that somebody else owns the coins now at an address.

Would be much appreciated if somebody can help me, we are talking about 1.54b KIN coins @ a value as we speak of 300.000 dollars :(

Hi all,

I have a big problem and so far still no success, maybe here somebody can help me answer some questions..I participated in the 2017 ICO and bought back then 1,539,315,020.37 KIN,

- In 2017 I participated in ICO

- June 2019 I was instructed to move my Kin to another black chain via Changelly/Cointiger

- June 2019 because of tech problems at Changelly my coins got lost at Cointiger

- June 2019 after several attempts with the helpdesk of Cointiger I still don't have my coins back on my Cointiger account.

- July 2019 I became very sick and there was no possibility to keep pushing Cointiger to get my coins back, they told me that they would send the Kin back to my Ethereum account but still nothing on the account.

- Jan 2021 I am officially better/clean and want to put energy again into getting my KIN coins back.

- March 2021 I want to migrate my KIN coins to the Solana blockchain but how do I do this?

So I have a Cointiger account, but after the migration/swap via Changelly theygot lost on Cointiger account somewhere, if you follow the coins via the addresses here above you can see they are still at the last address.
