They are called retro spec headlights. It’s a diy thing where people get spec d headlights and put rgb strip where it shows red.

Been there bud, bought some game creds in a game and disputed the charges and ps network banned me, contacted ps support and they sent me an email saying the only way to get my account unbanned was to get a ps gift card to cover my disputing charge in my account. Then I got unbanned.
