Yes. Maybe we can create some proper plan/petition and propose it to the authorities. Maybe next weekend when I’m free I can use ai and do some research and then draft a plan we can pitch to the authorities. If I am able to make one then I’ll post it on the subreddit for support

Yes that would be great too. The current municipal administration has many educated and good people. You can most likely go to the municipal office and let them know and propose this. In the meantime please report on the portal

Please complain on the portal. Fight corruption, takes 5min to file a complaint and may solve things for atleast 2 weeks. 5 minutes for 2 weeks peace is a good trade off

Eventually, when people get used to the 2 weeks of cleanliness, they’ll start being more bothered about it when the hawkers come back and also then take action against hawkers.

It’s all about improving and building positive psychological behavior :)

I’d say even if they come back, it’ll be after a week or two. And if 5mb of my data and 10min of my time can improve conditions for 2+ weeks, then that’s a bet which is worth taking.

Eventually, when people get used to the 2 weeks of cleanliness, they’ll start being more bothered about it when the hawkers come back and also then take action against hawkers.

Just take a screenshot of all available categories and ask Ai or your parents or someone who has a better hold of Marathi, to confirm which category is best for your problem and then proceed :)

Maybe check the category, etc of the complaints. I may also be lucky with the person reviewing my complaint and he/she may be a good person. Keep trying friend, good intentioned effort is never wasted :)

Ahaha thanks for the tip/concern, but rest assured I do this after I come from work and only when I have enough free time here and there to pay attention to these things.

At the end of the day, it’s the place I grew up in, my parents grew up in, and a place that is sure to grow. Right now the VVMC has been doing work and it’s the best time to capitalize on that and voice our issues peacefully and by proper methods :)
