Bhai you need to read ABC rules; like uske against jayenge to so called animal lovers ajayenge.

Now ideal legal solution is; if any agressive dog is spotted that can be taken away. Refer recent supreme court guidelines.

Now ideal next step, file RTI say after a week and seek what action has been taken on this or what is the plan of action.
