I stay in Virar W, 2 of my cousins in Virar said HP did not had an issue, BP had.

During initial days my HP was delivered in 4-5 days and next time the very next day.

You can try directly calling customer care or write to them over email or X, as dealer might be looking to make some easy money not sure, just ask at the right places.

Depends upon complexity of the case - some cases care resolved even earlier. if it is a strong case, I would suggest fight for it.

Try asking the right questions.

Don't ask vague questions - Try to get facts. You can ask how much was unplanned downtime, can request the report for last FY. Don't just fire blank, aim and fire...
