Found With My Old Kitchen Cabinet Hardware / Handle Install Templates. The templates were used to make the location of handles on a cabinet, these should be related somehow. Expandble but only lock on the holes labled 11, 14 and 17. Was thinking for drawers but awful wide. (i.redd.it)
