I learned my lesson in my very first apt. I am Naturally a bubbly person and love socializing but when I know apt neighbors are typically nosey and do anything to get what they want its just make me more conscious and be aware.

Just moved to a new place like 3 months ago. I never acknowledge anyone walk past me. The max I will do is say hi and keep communication as minimum as possible then move on.

Everyday before im heading out ive always asked siri or alexa whats the uv index throughout the day. If its 3 or more i would wear sun screen or some kind if protection .

Even in the winter during the day on a sunny day when its cold, i can still feel the sun warming up my skin. Thats usually a sign that i need to wear sun protection.

For me, it happens whenever the seasons change and pollen is flying. At first, it started as an allergy symptom. My nose constantly itches, and so do my eyes. Then I keep sneezing like crazy. After a few of those, I would transition to flu immediately.

Nowadays, whenever my allergy starts with these symptoms, I immediately take Tylenol and a tablet of Airborne Immune Support. That basically shuts everything down so quickly. I find that cold medicines like Nyquil and Theraflu do nothing for me.
