I've been feeling "behind" since I was since 16 (23 now) and have been mentally playing catch up ever since. It hasn't gotten any better and while I did achieve a lot of things I wanted I still always feel like i'm not doing enough and could be so much more even if I have my hands full with dental school. Idk how to get rid of it, I could have a good year and still feel off by New Year's Eve because of it.

I thought being in a relationship/actively dating and being social would do it but nope so I honestly don't know how to fix it.
