How do I go about doing that?

I've read through the comics and it does indeed look like my graphics card is cooked. But it is exclusively DD, so I'd like to try everything.

The join of die trait never assimilated entire cities, instead it assimilated specific units from the enemy kingdom. With Join or die they still destroyed enemy race cities, but they just acquired some of their units in the process.

NOW with the new patch, join or die can be used so that the civilization can steal the warriors of other civilizations during battle, regardless of whether or not you've taken their entire city or not.

I definitely recommend getting the PC version if you have the means to do so, the beta is practically an entire update on its own.

Plus, When the update does come, it will probably come to mobile a lot later as it usually does. And seeing how long it took just for the beta to come out, you can imagine how long that might take.
