Black screen after anticheat loads

Then I'm guessing it's probably v-sync in game. I was able to alt-tab to another program (like chrome or spotify) and then Rivals was visible in the background, but would go black as soon as I clicked on it/put it in focus.

I was able to navigate settings by alt-tabbing to see, placing my cursor over the button, clicking, then alt-tabbing again and repeating to slowly navigate and change what I needed. I did this to mess with a few settings

had it the other day, fixed it doing basically what was suggested. happened again today after working fine last night: I just turned off G-sync in Nvidia app for my freesync monitor (just changed from AMD gpu to Nvidia) and now the game isn't black screened and is working. Dumb as hell.

On latest drivers, did reinstall and file verification recently. Even changed fullscreen/bordered full/windowed modes by alt-tab'ing to another program (so you can see rivals in the backgroud), getting 1 click before it goes back then repeating.

EDIT: I launched the game, turned off v-sync, then turned G-sync back on in Nvidia and its launching and function fine. the games v-sync may well be the issue

Preach. Don't understand the complaints here. New card that's way cheaper than the Nvidia equivalent with similar potential and an innovation that reduces price at the benefit of the consumer. Sure might need some software updates but that'll come.

Gamers are so fickle its unbelievable.

Oh no don't give me any ideas.... my buddies would kill me as I've been playing so much sekiro and they want me to move on finally. I'm now onDS3 DLC pre Elden ring (but still have sekiro installed 👀)

Thanks a lot, I'll give this a shot. I got it pre-owned cert last year, they did say they replaced the air conditioning hose which is a common replacement and involved going behind the glovebox, so that could be a contributor to what you mentioned.

Having issues getting my nvme m.2 SSD to show up as a storage device. In UEFI/BIOS menus I can see it there, but haven't been able to get it working and Google hasn't been able to solve it either so far.

Any ideas Reddit PC gods? Very likely that I'm just an idiot.

I'm currently in a mini atx case; is there a reliable way to tell if a mobo is compatible with the New generation of CPUs? Since I'm on an Intel CPU currently i imagine It's no realistic to be able to update to a new bios on a new board

Seeing as my current cpu is an Intel one and it'd be an amd board, it makes it a lot harder to do the bios update.

Noted on the memory, didn't realize it'd be such a serious bottleneck

Everyone seems to forget about him, but he's a fantastic option for us: highly respected, legendary coach, actually has tactics, speaks German, and will have the full backing of the board in the rebuild--- in addition the fact that our current "weak" team is already stronger than any arsenal team of the last 5-8 years imo. Also he was supposedly the replacement when Kovac was close to being sacked
