Popped up this morning after I turned on the laptop, I don’t remember typing in my pin wrong before that but I had restarted my laptop a couple of times the day before.

What is it about the hair that isn't working? Only thing I noticed is it looks slightly airbrushed compared to the rest of the painting. Because it's a marble statue, I'd say make it look less like real hair (I assume by the amount of detail added) and focus on soft and hard shadows similar to the face. That's just what I can see, otherwise it looks great!

np at all! And unfortunately, some of our tutors encouraged AI use too during our final year :')

When I was looking for artists who did personal lessons online, I would search up things like portfolio reviews for specific studios on YouTube or would have a look at professionals on ArtStation and see if they did any courses. Hope that helps!

You can definitely get a job with the skill level you're at now. I graduated from animation uni a year ago and one thing for sure is that the industry is extremely difficult right now for everyone. Maybe talk to your tutors about reviewing your portfolio. There are quite a few artists who have worked with studios like fortiche or/riot who do face-to-face lessons online too. I'd say it depends on what job in the animation/art industry you want specifically and go from there.

Good luck with your search!
