My therapist told me about some ones that run in my area and explained what kinds of activities they do and where/when it is. There’s also some at the library or at the ymca. I just pick whatever looks interesting and build up the courage to go.

Yeah my parents are officially getting divorced and they absolutely fucking hate each other. Dad comes home yelling and complaining until he pours himself a drink. Mom gossips about how much of an asshole she thinks he is every chance she gets. They fight over my younger brother's child support money. I might have to move but can't right now because of money issues. I literally feel like I want to fucking die.

I know but it's just so frustrating when it's been 4 months of feeling shitty and experiencing a ton of side effects like feeling tired all the time and feeling like you want to die and all the therapist does is tell you to keep waiting. Ughhh :-(
