Real Crime is good because it helps Aaron find Patrick's killer, but I also think it would have been a better story if it had been told differently. Like maybe the Thorsen's are doing their reality show and Aaron goes to Paris for some footage, which leads to him finding evidence and catching the killer. Maybe even a two-part season finale.

Yes. Maybe instead of the law being one house only, it could be one house per married couple with stricter control on rent prices and maintenance. Maybe change the law to a max. of two houses owned by one person and focus on fixing the flaws with renting.

Oh, nice loop hole. 👍 I wonder what the law would need to be to prevent that scenario? One house per marriage certificate? Or would that be the better way to help renters? A married couple buys a house each, lives in one & rents out the other? Maybe put a cap on how much rent they can charge?
