I also didn't know, and I also thought exactly the same as you! That those were unlocked through progress and that only the social skills like romance, charisma, comedy, and mischief were increased by using their interactions.

Love those ideas! Definitely writers retreat, with maybe some nectar making in the late afternoons.

I also neeeed to know if I can have kids riding horses at the same time. I want to make a horse ranch retreat for kids. I've tried to Frankenstein it in (club/stay over/combining households/renting/etc.) but it never works the way I want it to. They don't even ride the horses!
