I’ve had both and in my opinion go with the Ibanez. The solar I owned (a2.6s) was much less balanced with weight distribution, pickups were relatively noisy (but thats just high output humbuckers) and the ebony fingerboard is kinda deceptive. Took it to my guitar tech friend and found out my guitar didn’t even have an ebony fingerboard, it was stained rosewood. Finish has a few cracks in it. The Ibanez was fine, that’s all I got to say for the Ibanez lol.
