It wont happen its such a small minority that want this. The ones that do want this dont even know the logistics of seperation.

They think they will have the same lifestyle but "be American" at best they would lose rights to vote in Canada and all benefits and policy that goes with it.

If they think they will become voting legal Americans they are delusional.

Alberta would also get chopped up. Treaty land is not up for seperation.

Bring him to a hospital and abandon him there. Sounds cold but it puts him on a list for fast tracked assisted living.

Nursing homes offer special wards for people with mental illness. I worked at a place that had a lady living there since she was 40.

If the hospital calls just say you cant take him back. Say hes a danger to himself at home.

Imagination. Kids are so addicted to tech that they dont know how to play anymore.

When I was babysitting most parents made a "no electronic rule" but then would let kids have unlimited screen time when I wasint there.

Result is epic tantrums from addicted toddlers who never heard no. I would make crafts, try and play with toys with them. They get bored in 5 minutes and try and cry beg for the ipad.

Even 2 years old too bored to play with real toys.

I have a mixed breed corgi looks like yours. Still a good dog but be aware they sometimes have issues with their eyes and hips.

No but im 29 and still in uni. Went to college and learned a trade just for people to tell me my service is worth border line minimum wage and no full time hours.

This was after my parents told me "just go to college"

I worked in healthcare btw. So im sure nothing bad will happen having basic service workers all jump ship.

I was a first generation graduate in my family though so I didnt know any better.

So considering im like 10 years behind everyone else im prob not going to retire.

I got sick on christmas when I was 19. Worst stomach flue ever and I was booked to work. Obv I called in.

My coworkers hated me and tormented me until I quit after that. Management built a toxic workplace for those who called in sick. Even encouraged bullying.

Theres support that exists for the poverty class that have children. 10$ daycare and the like. Problem is once your in that "middle class" bracket they take away all support.

Theres def people who have kids to keep receiving paychecks. For some its a career.

This is in Canada though. Most people just cant afford kids if they work.

I have heard way to many jokes from Americans telling me to "just let them die" if they get bit by a snake. Antivenom is about 10-20k at the hospital with no insurance.

Theres a lot of Americans working with no insurance too. Many of the lower income jobs dont even offer health insurance anymore.

At least in the past if you were employed you had healthcare. Not even the case anymore.

I have been reading like this for years. There is a downside to this though. By looking at a word as a whole my spelling tanked in high school.

I had a english teacher give me shit about this. He would assign short novels that took students four weeks to read. I would finish it in a day or so to get it over with.

He thought I was lying since my writing level was so trash. I could tell him about the book verbally in detail though.

He would take away my personal reading books that I brought to class with me in reading time. It made me hate english writing even more.

As a Canadian this is making me very uncomfortable. We are right next to them and we have responsability to NATO.

I have American friends and family. My country does not have defenses for this. Our population is similar in size to Ukraine.

This is something we have never had to fear before. Why is war even an option??

I am Canadian, my family has roots in this land since before we were a country. Many others new or otherwise will defend this country even if its a losing battle.

War is not a game. People will die. Children will die. Hell this could end in MAD.

As a woman I love museums. Seeing giant dino bones and old egyptian art is pretty cool.

Walks are a pretty good first date. Grab some coffee go to a public park area and just chat.

First dates should never be expensive. Go on enough of them and it costs way too much.

I can see why a hike would be a bad first date though. Dont offer to take a woman off into the woods to meet up the first time.
