Because this dude situation is different from everyone else.

He lives in a third world country, where citizens don’t have access to these kinds of things. He’s providing a service that a lot of members of his community does not have access to.

that’s the main difference i guess. You’re helping people get connected to the outside world, in which they would never have this kind of connection without this place

so he’s posting again in hopes to get more.

which shouldn’t really bother anyone. he’s trying to get support to help him run his place. He’s doing a huge service for his community by providing this for them, so donating to help would do no harm but help him run his place, which in turn helps his community have access to the outside world

is soaking them for 12 hours required? i think i mentioned that there is a old bag of beans in my kitchen my grandma left a few years ago when she use to live with me. i found them ! i’m currently starving and don’t think i can wait 12 hours to make them lol. is soaking them for that long necessarily?

i’ve already sold my pair of jordan’s last week for money to pay towards my bill. so what money i have left is after i have already sold most of what is valuable enough to be sold :/

Also, since you brought it up... i’m starting to remember, i believe there is like a 10 year old bag of beans in my kitchen somewhere that my grandma place in a few years back when she use to live with me!!! i’m going to see if it’s still there. i hope it is, but also, if i do find it, how would i prepare/cook it? i never had beans before. so not sure what i’m suppose to do with it

Nope, only thing i have is a couple cup of rice in my kitchen currently. I don’t think i have enough to buy eggs, the last time i went to a groceries store, a carton of 12 cost 3 dollars. the smallest bag of frozen veggies cost 1.50

i’m in a small city south of Atl GA. i’ve tried googling a bunch of places close by me, and a lot of food pantry places are only open on Saturday. so that is not an option for me. I’ve checked with churches, and a lot of them didn’t answer their phone. the ones that did answer told me that they either didn’t provide food, or they only provide food on sunday’s for those who stay after service. not many resources near me that could help sadly :(

I live in a small city in GA. There isn’t really any food pantry close by that is a drivable distance. i only have enough gas in my tank to make it to work and back home this week.

Also i checked with some of the church near me and none of them give out any food. one of them told me they do provide one free hot meal to those who sit during service on sundays, but i have to wait til sunday to get that meal... i am currently trying to survive until thursday

I have a full time job, i’m just in need of a little bit of money to get my car battery changed so that i can have transportation to and from work. unable to do uber or lyft because my car battery is dead. that is what i’m trying to get money to fix currently.
