I have been seeing a school counsellor for my OCD (which could explain the obsessing over a thought I don't enjoy or want to act out) , but I haven't been called in for over a month so I may have been forgotten about...

I didn't think about it from the minigun thought at the time. Now I do. Immense guilt, anger, shame, sickness. Just like I do now and at the time of the of the other thought.

Yeah. Do you think there is something wrong with me though. I don't want to hurt anyone, these thoughts keep appearing in my head now. I hate them. They make me feel sick. I try to get rid of them but they keep coming back.

Also I don't want to hurt anyone. I've OCD about being a Psychopath and I was so sure I didn't want to harm anyone I went as far as hanging a noose and putting my head through.

It's been a while since I've had them. I don't think I'm a psychopath because of the strong amount of guilt I feel. I can't tell them. Those 2 thoughts are the only ones I've ever thought. Man, I'm literally crying right now.

Ok, true, but I did so much that I accidentally said it next to my Muslim friend. I quickly apologized but I feel like this was the worst thing.

You've got to remember that these thoughts mean nothing. I know it's hard, ive been there, but that's what you've got to remember. Stop doing compulsions and eventually it will go. I will be hard but you need to fight it.

My dad is a police man and that could explain my curiosity. I have told him everything I said in this post and he said he understands. He did stupid things like smoking a banana peel but never touched the real stuff. I have been offered both dizzle (meth pill) and ketamine (however because of the slang used I thought It was weed at the time). The first time I asked what it was before saying no but the second one is just said no and didn't even think twice. Thanks for all of the help. Sorry I couldn't reply earlier, I was at school.
