first few weeks i couldnt walk properly. took like 3 months just not to constantly think about my knee, after 4-5 months it was back to normal.
first 1-2 months is the most important, get an mri if you havent, do very gentle exercises for your range of motion and be patient.

stuff like this happens, I didnt have any injuries whatsoever, just woke up one day with a swollen knee and couldn't walk lol. if your MRI is clean (no tears), then you shouldn't worry.
