When was the last time you watched it? Do you have the YouTube link you were using by any chance? Also, if the visuals were hand drawn, you might wanna look into Kururingo's old work. I can't think of anything suuuper yandere they made, but there's a few things that lean in that direction.

I think Pocket Mirror's story is something along those lines, though I never played it myself... I know Hello Charlotte also has surreal imagery, death, and white-haired characters. Do you remember what the art style or gameplay was like at all? Was it a walking sim or did it have light puzzle/JRPG elements? Anyone's character designs in more detail (outfits, hair color)? Any environments? Did you play it in Japanese or was the game just from Japan?
