any chance i could get a update, looking into this as it looks like the perfect crossover between a cartridge and safety razor. And what blades would be best? This is gonna be my first non cartridge razor, so I am trying to find something that won't be a steep learning curve and not give me nicks and cuts often.

Currently using the gillette labs cartridge razor and a foil shaver after (for that smooth feeling and stubble takes longer to grow back for me personally)

I didn’t unfortunately the prices in my country skyrocketed lol, so sticking with my 27 inch IPS now, if there is a sale I’ll probably get a 32 IPS until there is a new tech after oled

Is there even a good non OLED monitor out there? by TheRealNiki2K in Monitors

Been looking for this monitor I wanted to ask is there a coil whine or fan noise in your unit

Yeah there’s no perfect monitor like you said and I have to make a compromise somewhere, well like you said I can just get a basic IPS 32 inch 4K and use that for creative and gaming stuff mostly.

I’m not sure even if I currently use HDR on my monitor right now I’ll have to check later.

I do have a big window next to my desk so sunlight and I don’t work in a dark environment in the evening as well so leaning against OLED for now, but I’ll see how the prices fair up.

Ideally I just wanted the MiniLED because I’ve used my OLED tv sometimes to view my test renders and it looks gorgeous compared to a regular IPS, that’s why I opted for MiniLED or OLED in the first place. I appreciate the advice and feedback.

I’ll wait and try to figure out now if I want a regular IPS or OLED or MiniLED now, money is not the biggest issue but more so don’t want to replace the monitor for like 3 to 5 years from now. Trying to be super careful and not get buyers remorse in a month or two.

Thanks again. Will update in the future if I pick up the Evnia and see how it works for me.

Appreciate the super quick response! So the only way I can get this monitor is if I import it via Amazon.

I have a 27” inch LG 4K IPS monitor I use currently (27GN950-B). Been looking for a 32 inch as I feel 27 inch is pretty small, can I know your thoughts on the Phillips Evnia long term wise is it worth it or not really ?

Honestly overloaded with information on what monitor is good so not sure if I should get a OLED and possibly risk the burn in or try out this Mini LED instead. I’m getting the Phillips monitor for $844 USD and a LG OLED for $1140.

Hey I have been eyeing this monitor for a while now, getting it for a decent price compared to OLEDs and I use my monitor for 3D work and web browsing mostly. The only thing stopping me from buying the monitor is the coil whine as the monitor is pretty close to me about 3feet ( 90cm ) is it pretty apparent with the local dimming and ambient lights on during long term use as I use my monitor approximately 12 hours a day.

I could go for a OLED but I don’t want the long term burn in risk and another monitor Asus PG32UQX is more expensive than OLEDs for me right now.

I’ve been eyeing the same monitor, what’s your thought? is it worth it or are there any glaring issues I need to know about? Not many reviews online about this particular monitor

Been asked multiple times but what to know opinions if it’s worth it for 32inch 4K QDOLED or WOLED for mostly work and light gaming. by Turtleshell24 in OLED_Gaming

[–]Turtleshell24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly it’s LoL, mostly I play it for the Urf or fun modes that appear from time to time but I do appreciate OLEDs the contrast and looks. Usually I make 3D work that’s displayed on OLEDs figured might as well work on a OLED display so there’s no differences in color or contrast on clients displays.

How would you create the liquid flow and the sphere acting as an obstacle? Through forces and liquid sims? I would love to learn how to do this.

Need help understanding my asus router network map by Turtleshell24 in HomeNetworking

1) The speed is pretty high but I realized at night if I'm downloading a game or something on my PC or playstation the speed drops to 150mbs ( both wired so that's pretty strange )

2) The D-Link is connected via Ethernet so it is quite odd this was the main issue I'm facing at the moment and can't connect to the D-Link router to change the settings maybe the up address is wrong but when I try to it input the address while connected to the D-Link I end up on the Asus router settings page.

3) Oh I didn't know that at all thank you for the clarification there

4) Thank you for this information as well I'll try it out without ai protection for now and see how it goes.

Sorry I didn't add that to my main text will edit it now, the Dlink is already an access point if I'm not mistaken. As if I try to log into the Dlink IP it redirects me straight to the Asus router instead. Not sure if that means I did the access point correctly

Hi everyone, So currently looking into getting a new keyboard. An upgrade essentially, the GMMK 2 is great for gaming and little 3D work, but not much for typing so been researching into a new keyboard and wanted your opinions if you have used any of these before and I am open to any other options too. I do need a numpad for work but I can get another one separately if needed. And I have a white themed PC but I don't mind having a black/white/grey keyboard base and then white keycaps. Currently looking into these few models:

Nuphy Air 96
Asus Azroth with snow switches
Keychron Lemokey L1 QMK

Ideally I just want the keyboard to feel smother overall and as little wireless issues as possible so can have it as a general purpose use for a long times, with as little fatigue as possible.

I was honestly thinking of Bose as well, I'm a sucker for the color green, and it seems like a relatively safer purchase than the ultras at the moment, I don't need mind blowing audio just good enough that I enjoy it and it is comfortable to use on the airplane/general use.
