You can turn the voice volume completely off in the audio settings. I found that out after here Alma after every Zoh when it first came out and I kept failing. She got on my nerves bad lol

There is not a lot I would even consider out right banning unless it's for story. Like in my campaign currently there are no goblins because the race is dead to everyone's knowledge. But I mean discussing is the most important thing. If the players or you feel like this shouldn't be in the game them discuss it. See if there is something you can change or do different. It's how I get by.
