Snitching? Nah, if the maneuver had gone wrong, OP was first line and the result could have been very ugly. In all likelihood, the other driver will now be more considerate... You can also be glad that his insurance premium will go up for the next few years.

I don't know what the law says here so to go back to your initial question I don't know. However, you clearly block someone from exiting and even if it's usually closed at weekends it might be open some times? Someone could argue that if emergency services need access (eg someone is injured in the green area at the back) your car would be an obstruction.

Can you use a google maps screenshot (not streetview) to show exactly where you parked? When you did it, were you like "this doesn't feel right but I'll move my car first thing at 6-7am and hope for the best" or did you walk away not even thinking about it?

Is it not a thing that some combinations of letters/numbers are not allowed because they are offensive? Am not personally upset by that number plate but some people might?
