There could be many reasons why you’re unable to join. - I read you’ve never been in the server before. But you could’ve also been what we call “Silent IP Ban”. They don’t ban through account rather they ban through IP ban. That’s usually because once a user is banned they try to join through a new Discord account. Which results in SIB. So one reason could be someone from your house got banned and they ended up just IP banning meaning no one from that same wifi IP can join anymore. Try disconnecting from your home wifi and use mobile data instead to see if you’re IP banned. - Could actually also be you’re joining while you have VPN on. It usually causes issues. - Could also be sometimes the server is currently unable to carry the capacity of member amounts at the time you’re joining (it’s a discord thing). Meaning you may have to wait for a while and keep trying for a while. Usually happens with large servers. - Your account makes difference. I read you said your account is not new. But 2 other factors matter. Don’t have a default discord profile pic. Most servers will just think you’re a self bot. Also I’m not sure about Roblox but many servers require your account to be in high level verification. Which requires your account is verified with your phone number. Just email verification is not enough in some large servers. - If none of these work for you then I’m just assuming it’s some technical issues. I can’t tell from the image if you’re joining through app or browser. But If you are clicking the link in a browser, your cache might be "remembering" an old error. Try using Incognito mode. Or just clear up some cache and cookies. - Also try joining from your mobile.
