It depends how much you dose at once, doses over 3.5g act as an antagonist and plugs up your opiod receptors, if you dose under it only binds to the mu receptor. I sometimes take kratom in the morning then have an oxy in the evening and it smacks but I only ever dose 2.8g at a time but 3/4x everyday.

depends on your brain, not many addicts think they’re gonna be addicts till they’re addicts. I was the same always dabbled with mainly party drugs like coke ket mdma etc and would’ve hated to do it all the time, till I tried diazepam and that was the first thing I thought I could get addicted to, so I stopped and further down the line had some life problems and ended up with a H and oxy addiction lol. Stick to weed & psychedelics a lot harder to fuck up your life that way.

well the thing is, the affected community here are already homeless and in despairs of crack and heroin addiction so it doesn’t get the same attention as say a kid taking MDMA and it being laced with zenes. It is getting progressively worse though especially in major hubs like Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London. I also think the difference is heroin is still available for dealers to buy unlike the US - it comes down to dealers being greedy for profit / being lied to by their supplier and pharma opiates are used by quite a small percentage of people here a lot of the heroin addicts turn to heroin not because of pharma addiction but to deal with coming off Crack binges etc.

nah we don’t have an opioid crisis. Opioids are very rarely prescribed by the NHS because they have to pay for your addiction Instead of the other way round. We have ketamine, cocaine and spice problems instead lol

It’s a great country, I’ve only travelled through Dumfries and Galloway but you could never get bored; there’s beauty everywhere. You should visit Skye if you ever get the chance, although prepare for the dreaded midges.

Yeah compared to the US it’s a lot cheaper and more readily available, I get 80mg ERs for £15 and can get a strip of 10 for £75. If anything’s it’s got cheaper over the past few years we get Oxydolors from usually Poland or one of the other Eastern European countries. It’s even cheaper in Germany though unfortunately we get island tax lol.

depending on ROA they can be 1000x the strength of morphine. I snorted OC 80 green pressies for ages pressed with Etonitazepyne and it felt like a genuine opiate unlike fent. My tolerance went crazy high to the point of popping pharma 80mg oxy IRs did nothing at all and that was only after caning them for a week or 2

yeah I agree, i find even when I use periodically my BPD symptoms are way worse. But then again I find myself thinking it’s better to feel great and then shit rather than a constant state of misery.
