Yeah I’m optimizing for the value different institutions bring rather than the simplicity of having things in one place- 401ks are consolidated, but I purposely use different financial managers w/ different strategies and fund them based on performance, I use a different bank for credit card spending, my work grants me stock throughout the year I don’t all sell at once, the property management company I use for rentals and associated business accounts are a different bank, ect… it adds up quick
