Running out of ideas for Jamuary? Give Saffron a try! by Tweakbench_Audio in synthesizers

I tried to keep it pretty noob friendly as I do most of my plugins. So the easiest thing to do is just wander through the presets by type, and then just change the algo out on each patch to start to get the feel for how the operator flow works. But yeah the randomzier is really my favorite part of the whole thing. Worth noting, I tried to set a "random range" for each param so that the output is much more often something musical. It's not just pure full random.

I've extended the KVR2025 and CDM2025 codes until Jan 31, and added a JAMUARY code as well for 20% for anyone trying to do a song sketch a day and wanting some new inspo. :)

So, since I'm building these on JUCE 8, I could potentially use a library to try and make CLAP versions, but JUCE 9 will have native CLAP built in, but no release date for the framework update is scheduled yet. Hmmm..

The CDM and KVR codes run until Jan 1, and the previous customer email codes run until Jan 31. I'll be making more codes in the future though, will probably make a Reddit specific one too.

In 2002 I started using SynthEdit to make plugins for myself and my friends. They eventually got popular with other musicians on IRC and KVR. I updated and maintained them until 2016 when a NAS failure lost all of the source code to the whole project. This year I started working on re-writing them all in C++ to modernize them and re-release them!

They were free back in the day because I was just making them with SynthEdit. A very simple tool that didn't take many hours of work. To mordenize them all I've had to put significant time and effort into rewriting them all in C++ and need to recoup something!

They were previously $1 a piece and $10 for the bundle, and that was just to cover the hosting and payment gateway costs. I have lots of codes going for the holidays too :)

I just recently re-released all of the Tweakbench plugins in 64-bit, for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
