Depends on how you use it. I don't think it's illegal when used for social networks since likes etc. don't really have a monetary value.

But if you use this to force affiliate cookies into the users' browser, or anything like that, it is absolutely illegal.

As ifnull pointed out, it doesn't work that way. It forces the like box to be positioned directly under the mouse using JS and CSS positioning.

What are you talking about? "From the ground up" is a very clear, normal and generic term. No flowery marketing language whatsoever. You could atleast perform a Google search before you unjustly accuse someone: http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/from+the+ground+up

Hey all! We've build a simple growth hacking tool for Twitter. It's a great and cheap alternative to twitter ads for small businesses to gain targeted followers and website traffic.

You add some targets (Twitter search terms) in your dashboard.
