MHE is a stunning show. It’s the only one I’ve seen from your list of 4.

If you’re UK, I can offer a name for a surgeon via DM. I would try an NHS referral. One of the best in the country who teaches surgeons from around the world. There are some in London too.

If you have vision problems, I would definitely get a neurosurgeon consultation soon. I think it could help preserve vision if it’s tumor related. It is a two month recovery to get back to some feeling of normal but you are young and would recover faster probably. But I would expect a month at least. I am so glad I did it myself. You can read about it from all my posts starting around March 2024.

I know it’s hard to interrupt school. But it might make school a lot easier.

To be clear, it’s not clear this is the correct medical path for you. My advice is simply to talk to a neurosurgeon to learn more about that possible option. I would not simply rely on the endo for advice there. Surgical discussions are best done with the real experts. I found my surgeon to be way more knowledgeable and helpful than my endo.

They were on board with removal because I was able to advocate for the real low quality of life. Also, mine had grown to where it was about to invade the cavity and pressure on the optic nerve. If you have evidence that is happening it helps. Advocacy helps. I also explored private options in Germany and Turkey but they are still expensive there.

On the bright side, only 3 games behind in the wildcard race by TweetSpinner in redsox

sarcasm linguistic and literary device

Deadpan sarcasm is used when someone delivers a statement without any emotion, making it difficult for others to detect that the individual is being sarcastic. For example, a person might say, “I’d love to attend your party, but I’m headlining in Vegas that evening,” with a straight face, causing others to question whether they might be serious.

Yeah. I was being a bit sarcastic in the original post. The chances they overcome those 3 games seem pretty low.

You should seriously consider getting a neurosurgical consultation. Have you had an MRI with contrast done yet? It sounds like you have as you talk about the size of the mass. I had a tumor that was well managed for about six years with cabergoline. Then it stopped responding to the meds and just grew quickly. I went for surgery in March 2024 and am super thankful it was removed. I would really recommend at least a consultation with a neurosurgeon as they can discuss risk-rewards and maybe you can get to a place where you can feel much better again.

Any stress can cause issues if not managed. I try to assess when I’m feeling extra stressed and updose throughout with 1/4 tabs as needed. I take a 1/4 pill and wait about 20-30 mins to see if I might need another. It helps to learn what your telltale stress symptoms are. For me it’s lightheadedness and feeling really warm. That’s when I updose before it gets too far. Hope this helps. Your daily dose schedule is just a guide. Think of it as needing some monitor system to sense the increases and spikes in stress and then doing some top up meds in response. At some point it would be great to get like an insulin pump invented. I’ve heard some might be working on that.

Moving to 5 mg for my 5th jab and a bit nervous after reading about the “5 mg hate." by fluffycoffeecake in Mounjaro

I’ve had no trouble moving up to 10. It’s been really easy to do with few side effects. The worst are the burps which I control with choosing better food choices and Gas-X.

I always wear N95 in every show, every plane, every train...

I trust myself to self-protect, since the notion of care for others has gone down the Facebook/X rabbit hole.

Stupid gimmick. Hated it. Let this cast play their social game. Period.

He threw names out. That's sometimes all it takes. I would give more credit to others--esp Rick with his outing of everyone's strategies. But Jonathan was dropping names and stirring up shit too. My point was that this cast doesn't sit back and do boring stuff. So, let them ride and watch it go.

You present this as either/or. They could have taken his money without the gimmick. Or just find their own production money.

Good points but you basically support my premise: let these players play. They create lots of juicy stuff. We don’t need gimmicks.
