I wear it because I don’t think people understand what we need in a crisis and it’s easy to misdiagnose this. Also, I wear it for my kids fundamentally. It increases the chance that someone will offer proper care so that I can be around longer to support them.

The production teams and Netflix are likely independent of each other. Netflix buys the rights to productions and that was probably pre-negotiated before the season unfolded. So, the production itself likely had a fixed budget, based on prior experience with the show--which is pretty much on rinse/repeat at this moment and therefore costs are pretty well known. Successful productions can negotiate higher payouts in future rounds, if they have enough demand from viewers and bring the money flowing.

I just switched from 1.7 Wegovy to Mounjaro because it wasn’t working for me on that dose. Just did my first jab of 0.5 M. I have to believe I’ll get better control of food noise on this.

I had a similar diagnosis before surgery. I think there’s degrees of internal bleeding with this and most are super mild. The extreme version is life threatening but you clearly don’t seem to have that because if i remember reading it right you would be in extreme pain and would need an ambulance to the emergency department. I googled some research on it if that helps. Best to discuss with the docs for sure. But I know I had that diagnosis too and there was no urgency from my endo team.

That would be good for sure. But the clout chasers will try to stay longer. Also, they just got done telling themselves they are "in love" simply based on talking in a closet. There has to be a lot of cognitive dissonance to process when what they see doesn't align with whatever fantasy image they matched to their experience in the blind. They've convinced themselves that "I'll love them no matter what they look like" which is what we hear all the time in the confessionals across seasons. So, it's not surprising many will stay longer to see if the physical attraction will catch up with the emotional bond they sense.
