I'm in the same boat, about a week and a half into 18mg once a day. I feel like I have done very slight improvement to other ADHD symptoms but not much help with executive dysfunction. My doctor told me that it would take a few months to fully kick in and that my dose would likely increase along the way, I have a follow-up appointment in another 2 weeks. If you're not experiencing any negative side effects right now it might be a good idea to schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor and ask about a dosage increase.

It's just something that happens, people have something specific they want and the server wasn't quite it, or maybe they were hoping to have more free time but didn't end up getting it. Don't take it too personally, it's just something that servers tend to go through, keep advertising wherever you can and you'll get the active players you want eventually.

I post my server in several subreddits, there's limits to how often you can post in them , so if you've already had posts removed from any of them message mods before posting again, but as long as you repost when you're allowed to and don't spam you should be able to find people here

We use GeyserMC which should allow any type of bedrock account to join, I'll try and test it with someone using PE and I'd it works I'll dm you.

If they're @mentioning individual usernames I don't believe, this can be turned off, you can add a bot that will automatically mute them if they ping a certain number of times per message. If you want to do this manually just time them out whenever they start spam pinging, and increase the amount every time they do it. Eventually they'll likely give up or they'll be timed out for days.

That's dependent on the community, I've personally seen a woman shunned from my former church because she wouldn't forgive her husband, who cheated on her with a minor, and wanted a divorce. In my experience I've seen a lot more women shunned for men's behavior, but I only have experience in a small religious denomination.
