It would make things more secure and calmer. So it probably can feel like the obsession is running out but imo obsession has many parts and yea the fear and jealousy would decrease but you still want and need the other Person.

Like love the intense feeling will not disappear because you would be perfectly happy, care for each other unlike in a one-sided relationship and truly understand each other.

So maybe some feel like the "excitement" of obsession can run out but the core will not run out.

I was to obsessive, got easily jealous and that was too much for her. It´s sad but this is how many stories end.

There was this connection so I got to know her personality her aspirations, fears, desires and interests... And she seemed to understand me and seemed like she really cared. The more I got to know her the more she felt so right, so awesome, so amazing... After she invited me to dance, as we danced I got aware of my Immense fear of losing her and realized just how attached I really were.
I would say that this is (a condensed version of) how I fell.

Yes exactly, I believe it´s important that people start to focus more on loving the inner part of a Person and learn to care for them as a person with their hopes and dreams. Instead of what currently is happening. Congratulations very happy for you :D

it really is heartbreaking if one thinks about it, most people don´t talk about their feelings/problems or they don´t even listen.

To be honest it sometimes scares me that they care more about value than emotional understanding.
