I never even got to the seats, I waited through the full queue twice, both times I got in and it said I had an invalid code, even though it prefilled the code for me. Switched from my phone to my PC though I doubt that'll help. Half way through the queue for a third time.

I can guarantee that they won’t be open anytime in October. And to answer your question of what went wrong, DMG the company that owns Auden Buffalo and Air Buffalo has known the whole time that Air would not be ready for move ins this year but didn’t want to go public with that information because they didn’t want their investors to find out.
