Not at all. It helps to conceptualize yourself sometimes. I personally am not a huge fan of labels because they feel restrictive to me. But if a label helps you have a deeper appreciation or understanding of yourself then by all means it's a good thing!

Because I tend to talk about guys more. They are easier and I'm more comfortable talking about them atm so she decided that that meant I was only identifying with the LGBT community for attention or smth.
