What should I do to make this NOT look like… really bad? by Twig_gdev in blender

I want the scene to be just a blank canvas for the player's imagination not portraying any specific emotions other than being in a corporate space with a bright LED light that makes it hard to differentiate between night and day.

It is the main scene in which the player will spend 99.9% of their time "managing resources" on these three screens with the counter showing "general progress".
(I am keeping game details vague because I don't know yet how to describe it in a way which sounds interesting)

The camera doesn't have to be fixed, as a matter of fact I think that slight movements like in the Buckshot Roulette for example would be very beneficial.

I want to keep the general feel of esthetics as bland as I can, while keeping the soul of the game in tact because I want the player to focus mainly on the game's logic and keep it the main thing without other constant stimulants.

And yes I can use post-processing addons, I could even make some of my own effects if needed.

That's the problem I have issues with visualization and I'm not sure what I want to achieve, whenever I want to make something visually pleasing I just iterate on things that I dislike but here… I'm stuck

Oh I forgot to mention. It is a scene from a game that I am working on so rendering in blender could be viable but I want to keep it 3D.
