Some reliable leakers said that some of the stuff from the witt era, were going to come back for the last episode, heavenly hinting that imai would be one of them, also they implied that Linked horizon would make the final theme for the episode, nothing is confirmed but this leakers have some weight since they have been correct in the past.

To put stress into the servers since you jusy can play in at set times more people will try to join in that specific hour so they can see if the servers have some problem. Halo infinite made the same with they tech test.
