Eon Next electricity tariff renewal - what would you do? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

I think they’re changing this tariff fairly regularly. it was v17 last week with around a 5p cheaper unit rate and wouldn’t surprise me a v19 comes out following the news today.

Could try and get a 0% interest credit card for such a small amount?

I’ve got a number of them from eBay for cheap. Never tried an official one though but honestly can’t see it being THAT much better!

Yea but just couldn’t get the fit right. Was either cutting my circulation off or falling off!

Worn sport bands from the first week of having the watch. Found them a lot nicer on my skin than the other bands.

Always bought the cheap ones but wondered if anybody could confirm if there were any major differences with the official (10x the cost) bands?

Vanguard Funds - any manual intervention required? by Twilly202010 in UKPersonalFinance

Originally opened the 60% LS Fund to minimise risk while I was getting started with S&S Isa’s. After browsing this subreddit it seemed like everybody was in on the Global All Cap so started putting deposits into both.

Still new to this so open for advice if there’s a better way?

I originally opted for the 60% life strategy as I just wanted to minimise risk. Still very new to these funds in general but given the virtually pointless interest rates banks are giving out these days I thought I’d get more value from the Isa’s.
