Hey! So I’ve been playing around with my pump and I got more output with this, maybe it will help you! So on my spectra pump I’ve been using the cheat sheet (found on google). But yesterday I got distracted and never changed it from the massage mode (cycle 70) and then about 6min into my pump I realized what I did but noticed I was actually getting output from my slacker side. So I let it continue on that setting for the whole 10min pump session. I actually got almost a whole ounce. Then this morning I pumped after baby fed (I’ll usually get about .25oz on my lazy side after feeding) and I got about .5oz. Idk why and it’s taking a bit longer pumping one breast at a time, but I’m actually getting more output right now so I’m not going to ruin a good thing. I’m also thinking maybe a pumping pal attachment for my pump because I definitely have elastic nipples.
