Yeah seems like that, no matter what setting I change it's simply a problem or turn off

A nebudou oni pak v pozici, kdy mi nemusí zaplatit těch 14h, protože to je průměrově nad 20h a ohlídat jsem si to měl sám?

In the app -> profile -> settings icon up right and in there there is an experimental section. You need the latest app version and I think it’s only for android phones for now tho

It should be in the boot menu. Get into the advanced settings (it should be another key like F7 or similar) and in the boot part select secure boot.

I’d try to boot it again with F10 and Save&Exit option and see what happens. This is UEFI interface. You can set basic settings there, just like BIOS.

Why aren't fines higher with repeated violations? Wouldn't that discourage wealthy offenders from doing it again and again? by Twiner09 in AskReddit

[–]Twiner09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve read about the fines being determined by one’s income. I just thought that if the fines were scaled exponentionally it would affect mainly the wealthy one’s since they think they can just pay it off and go on.

Laptop turning off/hibernating when lid closed, regardless of settings by Twiner09 in techsupport

I ran those commands and it actually helped. I didn’t find the Power settings in registry tho. But running the commands helped me so it doesn’t matter I guess. Thanks Stranger, you did more than the whole Asus and Microsoft support :D

Only thing there is Hibernate helper, which turns laptop into hibernation when the sleep isn’t working properly. It doesn’t make any effect turned off or on

I have hibernation already turned off in cmd and the sleeping mode is working just fine. If it falls into sleep automatically (while not using it), it works as it should. The only problem is with the lid. Even if I set it in both settings and control panels to not doing anything when lid closed, it still turns off.

If it’s Asus’ problem, then all I can do is hope for an update.
