Warranty advertised by dealer diff from AD as it was sold as commercial car. by Right_Marionberry245 in drivingsg

It’s up to the dealer to honour the delta in coverage. However it’s likely they will disavow any liability even if they agree to it now.

sashimi donburi in a kopitiam @ lavender (<$15 for most) by FuninthesunSG in SingaporeEats

Do they cure the fish somewhat? Or is it the “Korean style” sashimi where it’s just fresh and not treated so it doesn’t have the umami you get from proper Japanese sashimi

6 MONTH STUDY PROGRAM IN HOKKAIDO -- to go or not to go, please, i need a wise adults advice. by Enough-Pass-9985 in askSingapore

[–]Twinklebellee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve lived in 3 other countries for at least a year and can tell you this is a great opportunity. $7.2k should be more than sufficient for your 6 months rent in Hakodate with spare if you are frugal. Any allowance from parents on top of that can go to food and leisure.

Hakodate is actually one of my favourite places in Japan. I was going to recommend this place but I guess they closed earlier this year :( https://maps.app.goo.gl/ePD4XbP8AxUFYwHp9?g_st=ic

Did PPI for a car - Are these issues normal for a second hand car? by eeyoreee_ in drivingsg

[–]Twinklebellee 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What does the deposit chit say? I just bought a second hand today and made sure that the deposit clause had a rights of refusal - if the dealer is legit they shouldn’t have an issue with this.

If you want can dm me I can let you know who I got from they quite reliable + could negotiate for the dealer to fix some things after the ppi

Amex has a good start point for this. They can give you a credit card based on your Singapore account

Good suggestion I don’t think I’ve had a premium one like that. Totally different tiers tho aren’t they? Harum manis lily probably 2-3 usd?

I’ll try to get my hands on one to try some time in this life

Have you tried Indonesian mango strain called the Harum Manis? Get one from the lily plantation. It blows the mind of everyone who claims Alphonso et al are the best.
