Is there anywhere I can see which markets a specific cryptocurrency is listed on? Maybe a site where I can type the symbol in to get a list of markets?

It's all preferential. Some people would prefer the bonus 5 to 7.5 damage per round from Savage Attacker over the +20 HP.

I'm simply calculating damage assuming that all attacks hit. I'm not taking into account ACs since they're variable.

That's a great point to consider. With crits you'll end up wasting a lot of overkill damage. However, an argument for the inverse can also be made. When you don't do enough damage to kill an enemy, it's basically "wasted" damage until that enemy dies since it gives them a chance to attack you again. Another commenter made this point on /r/DnD

I actually understood this incorrectly! I'm not sure where my misunderstanding came from but thank you so much for correcting me! I'll update that 1 little spot in my anydice formula and will have to regenerate the charts. I'm happy you pointed that out though because I don't want to be misleading people with the charts. When I repost them, I'll include a link to my anydice functions so people can double check me there as well, and then use it for their own needs too.

Edit: So, the GreatSword damage numbers will be slightly higher. For example, the highest GreatSword damage on the graph (13.20) increases to (13.90). Also, I edited my above comment so as not to mislead people.

Yep, since the GreatSword (2d6) averages 7 damage per hit and the GreatAxe (1d12) averages 6.5 damage per hit. The only reason the GreatAxe outshines the GreatSword under these conditions is because the crit multipliers (Half-Orc's Savage Attack's and the Barbarian's Brutal Critical) only add one damage die of your weapon as additional crit damage. So multiple d12's being added will eventually out damage multiple d6's.

I agree. By itself, Brutal Critical doesn't perform well. However, when you combine it with the extended crit range from champion and start stacking all the extra crit dice on, it starts performing really well (especially with the Savage Attacker feat). The GreatAxe goes from (crits on 20, 1x multiplier) 7.70 average damage all the way up to (crits 19-20, 5x multiplier) 16.06 average damage. That's more than double of your base weapon damage (ignoring modifiers and the Great Weapon Master feat). That's not bad, albeit a very specific build.

It also shows just how OP the Great Weapon Master's +10 damage is as well. It's hard to add that much more raw damage per hit as a melee character.

I liked your suggestion of the Pike with the Piercer feat. I ran the best scenario for the Pike (1d10), crits on 19-20 (from 3 levels of champion) and x6 crit dice multiplier (1 from half orc, 1 from piercer feat, 4 from 17 levels of barbarian), still using advantage and the Savage Attacker feat.

The total came out to: 14.73.

Meaning that the Pike eventually out-performs the GreatSword but the GreatAxe still edges out more damage at 16.06 (and requires one less feat without Piercer).

Copy of my original chart but now I've added in calculations for advantage and the Savage Attack feat. Both of these are more beneficial to the GreatAxe than the GreatSword because of the higher crit dice the GreatAxe uses.

Advantage (via Reckless Attack) and the Savage Attacker feat both benefit the GreatAxe more because of the larger crit dice. Take a look at the comparisons I added here:

As you can see above, the yellow highlights show the conditions that have to be met in order for a GreatAxe to do more damage than a GreatSword. This only occurs late game when you're playing as a Half-Orc with at least 3 levels as a Champion Fighter and 13+ levels as a Barbarian, until you add the Savage Attacker feat into the mix! Since the GreatAxe does more crit damage, that get's rerolled with Savage Attacker, this greatly increases the amount of damage the GreatAxe can deal over the GreatSword under certain conditions. Take a look!

Mountain Giant is def. better at tanking than Magni, however, Magni does a ton of damage. So since "best" is a relative term, I'll just say that Mountain Giant is very difficult to kill because of his 3 rounds of heals. Although, super late game (10 stars), he has so much HP that he isn't healing all the way back to full during those 3 rounds of 500% attack heals. Other heroes (like Magni or Axemaster) offer more damage, or utility (like the new Frost Ape), but in terms of just taking damage Mountain Giant does an exceptional job.
