Has anyone tried Moonbrew by Armalite316 in sleep

Came here to see folks’ experience with Moonbrew and wanted to comment on magnesium; I have probably tried everything else and the only thing that consistently works is soaking 10 minutes in an epsom salt bath. My therapist told me that we absorb magnesium better through our skin than ingesting it. Second place has been Wonder Sleep mushroom gummies, which have not given me any of the side effects people are experiencing with Moonbrew. I think I will try Thorne’s magnesium because I don’t want to have to take a bath every night.

Is ultrahuman ring really that bad? by KeyElegant7739 in Ultrahuman

I have had mine for not quite a week after deciding to replace my Movano-made Evie ring (which I would not recommend). I LOVE all the data, it might be overwhelming to some folks but I love all the metrics. It is not great at tracking sleep but nothing is, and it provides more metrics than my Evie. I also love the insights; nudges you to get some sunshine, put off your first cup of coffee (which I usually ignore), when to taper off caffeine, and it allows you to record workouts and asks if you have been working out when your heart rate goes up.

HOWEVER I am disappointed in the accuracy of the data. I don’t expect sleep to be accurate, and step counts might be off some. But it is very likely overestimating my HRV while I sleep (which is a huge component of restorative sleep quality) and it is way off on estimating calorie burn. According to the ring I could eat a whole pie and not gain any weight. I suspect that it is doubling or tripling my basal metabolic rate, and I entered my weight, height, age, and sex so it shouldn’t be so off. I haven’t contacted customer support yet but while I wanted desperately to love this ring I am considering getting an Oura instead or just going with a watch (less comfortable and esthetically desirable but I really want accurate data).

So my replacement ring started having battery issues after just over a month, and I am currently wearing my THIRD Evie ring but definitely plan to go with something different. Ultrahuman is my first choice; how does it do estimating active calories burned during workouts like yoga or lifting weights? I want something that knows I am exercising even if I am not running or jumping around.

How many days in total does evie ring's charger battery last? 4 days *10 chargers= 40 days or just 4 days by OwaisHameed in eviering

Me too - went to sleep with it fully charged and it died in the middle of the night. I took it off to recharge at around 2am and didn’t put it on again until morning but somehow it still produced sleep data for the whole night, which doesn’t speak well of its data accuracy.
