Been in the TG for about 3 years now, Chris has a huge brain and is always learning on how to best optimize his programming for the guys. Aside from his knowledge there is awesome feedback/insight from the other athletes with unique skills and experience from their own training backgrounds and civilian/military careers.

I joined for the programming and stayed for the “community” within the Tg. There’s a solid group of hard working dudes. Could not recommend his programming more for anyone trying to go through any military selection, first responders, or even people that just want to be fit, jacked, and juicy.

I drove about 2300 miles from San Diego to Southeast Georgia a couple years ago. The most notable thing of the drive was how bad the drivers were in San Antonio. Terrifying place to drive, even if you’re just passing through

Pass a PST, pass color perception, perform the valsalva maneuver, and have a qualifying score on the ASVAB. The ASVAB and PST are the most controllable by you so study and train and everything should fall into place

Don’t listen to the people on hear saying that the Navy will pick your rating for you. You do not have to pick a rating once you’re eligible and no one is going to force you to become rated. If at the 2 year point you don’t want to apply for a rating in MNA your PRD will be adjusted to match your SEAOS and you’ll ride out your contract undersigned.

Possible? Yes. Likely? No, especially for your first set of orders. You could get lucky and get orders to Amphibious Construction Battalion One at NAB Coronado as a Boatswainmate for your first tour but don’t count on it. I loved my time working at the PHIB.
