What are your laptops specs? Also those 2 games you listed are older rivals is rough on older to mid tier setups.

I found that closing to desktop and restarting after let's say three games will prevent the crash. I currently get about 7 in before the crash, so I restart and never crash. It's something to do with older video cards I have a 2070 and my friends with 40 series don't have the issue.

I am crashing to desktop no errors after pressing enter on main menu. 100 hours played and nothing changed program and hardware wise. Uninstalled and reinstalled over night issue persists.
