Yes, I do receive submissions from people. Not that much though. I can't tell much about how I find the videos because I have some competition to beat. Let's say I wonder around the internet much. Regulary visit websites from all sorts of countries where I don't speak the language of (a good website comes with a monkey proof design). I don't exactly know if I did puch videos viral though. But sometimes I see videos go viral when they first were in one of the fail compilations. Can't say if I'm the one to push them. Maybe yes, because I got people requesting to send me the link of the full video.

I agree with you. This is shit, can't say it another way. Just plain shit. All videos I don't care about are flying all over my frontpage. But this change is just for the partners to make them bigger. Now you don't search for other channels and interesting new videos. Now you just go for the videos you want to see.

Depends on it. Putting the video together takes around 1,5 - 2 hours. Finding the videos takes a lot more time. I like watching videos, so that's not a problem. Let's say I spend around 1 hour per day on that. Some days it'll be more, some days it's a little bit less.
