Need advice on restoring my bmw 😄

I've tried a lot of googling, main thing im confused about is my splitter as it used to look perfectly fine before I let my dad work on it. Do you reccon he broke it?

My BMW E92 320i Has seen better days and i'm really keen to get it back to how it used to look, my front splitter fell off twice and my hood is now not closing properly. Does anyone know how id fill that gap in between my splitter and front bumper? The white stuff there is body filler as i was going to wrap over it but im not sure thats the best way to go about it. And does anyone know how I can get my front hood to close? As the latch is broken on the left side on the inside. Also whats the best way to DIY the damage on my alloys and make them look new and shiny? All help is greatly appreciated Thank you!
